Teriyaki Plum Glazed Shrimp Skewers
Makes 4-5 skewers Ingredients Extra Large Shrimp, peeled and deveined, 16-20 count 2 heads baby bok choy 1 red bell pepper 1 yellow bell pepper 2 cloves of garlic, minced 1 Tbsp freshly grated ginger 1 C teriyaki sauce ¼ C soy sauce 3 plums, peeled and cut into small dice 1 tsp red pepper flakes 2 tsp sesame oil 3 Tbsp honey Directions
